The Code of Ethics sets out UAB Vildoma’s position regarding professional business relations, fair competition, human rights and equality, data protection and privacy, environmental protection and anti-corruption policy. This Code applies to all of the company’s employees and managers.

Professional business relations
UAB Vildoma (hereinafter referred to as VILDOMA) is pursuing long-term growth in ethical and legal ways by providing added value to its customers and receiving remuneration for it.
In order to be regarded as a professional business partner, the company only works with reliable suppliers and other partners. The company prioritises long-term relationships and bases them on mutual respect and tolerance, seeking open communication and mutual benefit.
Companies whose operating principles are in line with this Code are selected as partners.
VILDOMA does not represent manufacturers that are in direct competition with one another. In the event of a suspicion of possible competition, the suppliers are informed and mutually acceptable solutions are sought.
The company strives to fulfil its obligations, comply in good faith with all of its contracts, supply high-quality products and set fair prices for them, and provide quality after-sales services.
VILDOMA does not disclose any confidential information it may have about its customers.
In performing their duties, employees conduct themselves, in all respects, professionally, in good faith, and in compliance with internationally recognised human rights, moral and ethical standards.
The proper protection of VILDOMA’s values, including physical property, financial assets, intellectual property and any confidential information, is the concern of every employee.

VILDOMA only collects and stores employees’ personal information for the purposes of personnel administration and employee development. Access to inside information and personal data is restricted.
Employees do not disclose or use information about VILDOMA and its partners for personal gain or for the benefit of any other party unrelated to VILDOMA. Upon termination of the employment contract, this obligation remains valid for another three years.
Business partners are required to protect confidential and non-public information related to VILDOMA, its business operations, and its customers.

VILDOMA and its employees never offer, ask for, or take bribes in any form. The company’s employees do not accept or offer any material benefits or entertainment, except for business gifts not exceeding €100 in value and normal hospitality.
The charity and support provided by the company is transparent, based on written agreements and not for the benefit of the business.
Employees, in the exercise of their position, never seek personal gain or benefit for their families or friends, or for any other company of which the employee is a shareholder.
The company’s property may not be used for personal purposes, except in cases where the use of the company’s property for personal purposes is formalised in writing and the employee pays the statutory fees for such use.

Actions that are inconsistent with this Code must be remedied immediately and may result in disciplinary penalties, including termination of employment. VILDOMA guarantees that there will not be any negative work-related consequences if an employee files a complaint about a violation of this Code.
